For those that so desire to enter the tradition of Handfastings TFGOW does offer clergy to perform the ceremony. The handfasting ceremony is considered one of, if not the first, forms of what is now called Marriage. As with most Pagan religions or Traditions, Firefly Grove of Witchcraft also acknowledges the the rights of the LGBTQ community in their right to join their hands in this ceremony. TFGOW Clergy are expected not to accept payment or have a set price in their charge for the Handfasting Ceremony, but are allowed to request love donations as long as they are performing their services for the betterment of the community.
